Upon receiving your order, please inspect that all items have been received intact. Should the item be damages, defective or sent in error, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) at thesaltydoughco@gmail.com with more details.

It is our goal to make sure that you receive your product in a timely and intact manner, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns.   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will be happy to discuss a potential refund.

Refund

After reviewing and approving your requested refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
